For authors interested in attending the EOAF the following are the rules and registration form.
A $10 deposit is due for the rental of a booth, payment due with registration.
Set up needs to be complete by 9:30am the day of the festival.
A two week notice of cancellation is required.
Cost of hotel and food expenses are the responsibilities of the authors.
TIPS:
The public will vote for their favorite table display at the end of their visit so use your imagination and get creative!
Use every opportunity to visit with the public!
The AuthorFest does not guarantee the sales of books. This depends on the authors personality, genre, and interaction with the public. Remember we are here not only to promote our books but to promote literacy to our younger generation.
